We currently have termites in our apartment, building 2, and this could’ve been prevented had they done their monthly pest control sprays properly like they so claimed they do on our lease. So I don’t know what I’m paying for here, but it obviously can’t be pest control. We are STILL waiting on new floors that very well might be damaged by termites as well, but will we get new floors? probably not. I have lived here going on 2 years and my roommate 3 and the printer and computers have never worked. Again don’t know what I’m paying for here, but it’s clearly not the printer or computers. We’re always under new management every time something goes wrong to avoid accountability, so who is the new manager is my question. I’m only staying here due to convenience.

EDIT:
The new manager personally called me to handle every thing that is going on and apologized profusely, for what has been happening. Jaylen, the new manager, is extremely helpful efficient, and professional with the problems I've had here and had no excuses for what has been going on. He brought out exterminators that same day and they helped me with what was going on expeditiously. I am very pleased with the new management so far. Thank you again Jalen!

Worst experience with a rental property ever. After living here for 4 months my car was towed because of the poor uninformed towing company the property dealt with. I was given no reimbursement or remorse for my first new car being towed for nonsensical reasons. I was charged several fees unrelated to me and had to contact them over and over the course of 5 months to have these charges removed from my rent. It took 5 months! I was told over and over that I would be called back later. I asked over and over what steps to take to have it fixed and did so in a matter of 2 days. I was told the money would be refunded back to me. I go back to find it’s been credited towards my account which is fine but the whole amount was incorrect and $60 lacking from what I was owed. I had to argue and bother these people to be properly billed. I regret signing the lease but hey it’s cheap!

My experience with the Arch has been amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and there is always some community event eith free food and lots of smiles. They communicate well, are quick to solve issues and have provided a great living environment!

Lady named abigail was very very nice very helpful i didnt knowhow to do a lease and application she showed me the best wag deserves a raise ive never had an apt before and did that and she showed perfectly how to do it

DO NOT LIVE HERE! If i could give this place negative stars I would. This place is very unprofessional and was never consistent with what I owed each month. One month, they double charged me WITHOUT my permission and could only credit it back to me for the next month. The "furnishings" were in horrible shape, if there at all. Anytime I had an issue, the manager always dodged my calls or was busy. Maintenance came one day I was gone with family, locked me out of my room, and then could not come and open it for us because it was "after hours," so we had to rent a hotel room for the night and they did not reimburse us. The arch is cheap and super close to campus, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Arch Abilene is great place for students in Abilene. The staff is very friendly and professional. My experience over here has been superb in the years I’ve been here (4 years) , thanks to the Arch family!!

Great apartment complex, 6+ year family tenants. Amanda and her team are incredible. My sister and I both stayed at Arch through college careers, Amanda makes it feel like home and the amenities are stealer. Night and day difference of older reviews and how management has changed for the better. Amanda is the reason I stayed for so long, she is the same person off the job as on the job. Love the community and I wouldn’t rethink of my leasing at the Arch again. 2017-2023
