I am new to the area and was in need of locating an establishment that offered brow threading. I googled a nearby location and came across “Perfect Arch”. When I called to ask if an appointment was needed, I was told no, “walk-ins are available”. The young lady “Bindu” answered the phone with such enthusiasm and enthusiasm is what I received while being serviced. I highly recommend Perfect Brow to assist with all of your brow needs. Oh and my brows came out perfect just the way I Iike them!

I’ve haven’t visited in a few months, but today I had sometime so I decided to get my eyebrows tinted and my chin done. Before I knew it, my eyebrows were being threaded and I never get them threaded there so I wasn’t happy with the outcome. The girl that did my hair removal was fine. She was nice and pleasant, I think when a customer say what services they want to have completed, it should be repeated back so they’re both on the same page. Now I have less eyebrows it looks like one is cut halfway off and the other ones just really short. I mentioned to her afterwards that I did not want my eyebrows threaded. They were to be tented and I was asked why didn’t say anything when she started that time, it was already too late, walked out there with one eyebrow threaded, and the other one still there. If I knew it would’ve been a heck job I would’ve stopped in the middle of it.
But I do recommend sensing there because it’s pretty good.

This is the first time I've been to this place. I did a walk in and they were able to service me right away on a Sunday. I like that they are open Monday through Sunday and they are welcoming with no appointment needed. The staff there is nice and the lady that did my eyebrows did a great job. Plus the prices are reasonable. I will be going back there again.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded here for years, and it’s the best place in the area. All the technicians do a great job, and there is never a wait time; I just walk in. Tell them exactly how you want your eyebrows, and they always deliver with no mistakes. I highly recommend them.
