We loved the RV resort and can't wait to come back for that. Loved the little walk to go to the restaurant from the rv and the weather was amazing! Now the failure was at the restaurant. We are simple and decided to just make reservations to eat there for dinner both nights and then brunch on Sunday morning. First, night we were sat at a tiny table on the patio. It took over 30 minutes just to get a server to take our drink order, then another 30 minutes to get him to stop complaining about his job with the bar tender and bring us the drinks. Which both of the drinks were not what we ordered but we just wanted to deal with it. When our food came out there wasn't even room to have our plates and drinks on the table so our drinks were on the ground. Night two, we decided to sit at the bar so there would be someone there the entire time for better service. We got drinks quickly and ordered quickly so that was great. The manager spent the entire time making his friends drinks and trying to tell people about his homemade liquor he sells. I thought it was weird that not once did anyone ever talk about any of the alcohol that is in house, only promoted his personal business batches. Sunday brunch, again horrible service and offered one last chance to purchase some homemade liquor because the manager was there to sell some in the parking lot.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Arch Ray Resort brunch, thanks to our incredible server, Junior!
From the moment we sat down, Junior’s warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for a memorable meal. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledge about the menu, and made spot-on recommendations that elevated our brunch to the next level!
Junior’s energy and professionalism made us feel completely taken care of. Whether is was keeping our drinks topped off or ensuring our food arrived perfectly times, everything was seamless.
This kind of service is rare! We can’t wait to come back!

We ended up at Arch Ray because our driver had suggested that we try it. Best suggestion, ever! The wine and beers were probably the best we had all day. Also, I had the opportunity to speak with the manager, not only was he knowledgeable, he was personable and very friendly. The establishment is absolutely beautiful!
Some of the best wine that we had all day. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Service is very good and food was delicious. We had fried chicken steak, chicken salad, cheeseburger, mac&cheese and boards and everything was delicious. We got a private tour with free examples of beer. Their watermelon beer is very good and I would recommend this place even to people that don’t drink wine.

Beautiful winery. Great staff. Food tasted fresh. Drinks were refreshing. Desi, our server, had great recommendations for drinks and was fantastic. Michael gave us a great tour of the facilities. We learned so much about this excellent, top rated place. Go here. You won’t regret it.

We had an excellent time while at Arch Ray RV Resort. The food catered for our private event was delicious. The staff was highly attentive & responsive. Jody ensured that we were well taken care of.
The facility is lovely, spacious, & quite welcoming.
The RV park was very clean & had new turf at each site. I would certainly come again. It’s so close to the many amazing Fredricksburg amenities. My only issues would be that this side needs a bathroom & those closer to the road hear quite a bit of the road noise. We heard that there is a wall in the works & will be a welcome addition.

I chose Arch Ray over other RV parks because we wanted to try a new place since we don't live far and we were just wanting to spend the weekend near Fredericksburg. The sites are very nice, some more then others. We stayed in site 274 which was perfect and had a large tree to help with shade. There are only 2 sites that have any shade and privacy. The pads are not concrete, but we did love the grass turf for our dogs. They have a beautiful restaurant venue where you can also taste their wine, beer and alcohol along with an outdoor stage, but as far as this being listed as a RV Resort, that it is not. There are no restrooms, showers or laundry facility. There isn't even a "check in" facility, so no one to greet you when you arrive. Their website mentions beautiful amenities, but not only are there none, there is no sign of anything being built anytime soon. Which is unfortunate because they do charge as if all amenities are included. We did enjoy our stay but we won't be returning, until maybe they have updated the area and actually have all the amenities they mention on their website.

Great place for a drink and a quick bite. Got a great tour of the brewery and distillery area from Michael. Spoke with Jerry the brewer who offered some great insight to their brewing process. Our server at the restaurant, Hannah, was awesome and super friendly. This an awesome place for the area that is just going to get better with all they are planning on adding. This is a must stop in Fredericksburg!
