It's hard to find clean, decent and safe section 8 housing. I get it, trust me. However. If you have to constantly live in the dark or without water because your so called "office admin/landlord" keep forgetting to do his job then TRUST ME it's NOT worth it! Hurricane season? They don't care! They don't provide provide ANY accommodations for the elderly who might live alone or that simply need their windows covered. The maintenance man Jack is biggest tool you'll ever see. And when you complain about his work, attitude or how he simply wants to walk in unannounced all your landlord will tell you is "he's worked here 7 years". So good luck getting your AC fixed, your kitchen fridge working, or your leaks stopped BEFORE you get sick with asbestos poisoning due to mildew growing in your attic and in the vents. I could go on and on but the sad truth is that if I weren't disabled and/or had a working car I would have been out of here years ago. Don't make the mistake so many of us here at these apartments regret doing! Find a place work living. Some place where your utility checks don't get held hostage from you and your lights get disconnected due to Chris not working, pretty much NEVER. Oh, and good luck EVER reaching someone on the one or in person. Chris doesn't answer the phone and locks the door even when he's clearly suppose to be in the office.

THIS IS NICOLE, NOT CHRIS...the maintenance doesnt ever show up, in the one year i lived there they came to change my air filter once. they dont keep up with the landscape. the landlord is a child, he is incompetant and lost my information when i came to recertify and then threatened to put my rent up double what i was paying, he lost my paperwork! my bank info, my job info. christopher rhyne runs the office in melbourne and cocoa, his mommy runs the head office in miami. they are just a rich family taking advantage of low income families. the noffice opens at 8am, he was never there because he goes to the gym in the morning, so he strolls in around 9. he leaves and closes the office early because he has to go to church every nite. when i spoke to his brother who also works for his mommy, he must have spoke to christopher rhyne, because the next time i spoke to christopher he had the audacity to brag about the changed hours to accomodate his personal time. i will never live there and i pray for people who actually want or have to move in. christopher rhyne is a spoiled brat and his mommy rebecca lets him screw up and she has the nerve to defend his stupidity. in my opinion i think these people are in it for the money. they dont care about thier residents. they dont care that the place is falling apart. i believe they scam us and keep that government money for themselves.
